Randy Faustino

Randy Faustino, a two-time Emmy winner and six-time Emmy nominee, is a Los Angeles native who has been involved in the entertainment industry his entire life. He spent 18 years touring the globe, mixing Front of House and Monitors as well as recording for more than a dozen top-rated artists. Randy is currently the Music Mixer for American Idol, the Voice, the Sing-Off, and numerous award shows throughout the year. His latest projects include recording and mixing live concerts for DVD/CDs.
Tim Hatayama
Pro Tools Engineer & Music Mixer
Emmy nominated music mixer Tim is a multi-linguist originally from Japan and Taiwan. He has worn many hats in his short but impressive career. Tim has mixed, arranged, programmed, recorded major-label artists and chart-climbing releases throughout Asia. Since earning degrees from both Berklee College of Music and Purdue University, he has worked with countless top-flight artists - ranging from Stevie Wonder to Alicia Keys to Cee-Lo to Christina Aguilera.
Butch McKarge
VP & CCO, Monitor & PA Mixer
Butch grew up in Michigan and joined the United States Marine Corps at 18. He studied electronics while attending the Naval Air Station Memphis and was trained as an avionics technician. For the past 25 years he has been a Front-of-House/Monitor Engineer/Production Manager and toured the world with many top artists. Butch currently mixes monitors for Dancing with the Stars and Jimmy Kimmel Live, as well as a variety of TV specials and numerous award shows.
J. Mark King
Production & Music Mixer
A native New Yorker, Mark King has been a professional sound mixer for 37 years. He started his career as a Front-Of-House engineer, and eventually moved into the recording studio. He later moved to television where he found work on live broadcast shows. He is currently the music mixer for Dancing with the Stars as well as for the annual award shows, The Primetime Emmy Awards, The Academy of Country Music Awards, The Golden Globe Awards and The Country Music Association Awards.
Henry Muehlhausen
Pro Tools Engineer & Assistant
Henry is one of the hardest working engineers in the industry. He earned a degree in Recording Art from Indiana University where he had opportunity to work as FOH/Monitor/Recording Engineer for classical, jazz and pop artists. A musician all his life, Henry has performed professionally on piano, french horn and the electric/upright bass.
Jeff Hickman
Assistant
Jeff Hickman is a Southern California native. He has contributed to a long list of productions including American Idol, Sing Off, The Voice, The Emmy's, and Dancing with the Stars. Jeff has had an essential role in building our mobile studios. Jeff continues to be a quick study of Pro Tools and the audio profession as a whole.
Jonathan D. Brooks
Assistant & Pro Tools Engineer
Jonathan Brooks was raised in Southern California and has been a Musician/Audio Engineer for the majority of his life. He has recorded and mixed music for many clients and friends, and has performed numerous concerts. Jonathan is also furthering his education in Music and Audio Engineering at The Los Angeles Recording School.

Kay Faustino has more than two decades of experience as a financial administrator and property manager for small businesses and privately owned rental properties. She currently provides bookkeeping services for entertainment-related companies.
